Owner's cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy
Strict policy-Full refund for cancellation made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in is at least 14 days away and 50% refund for cancellation made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in. No refunds after 48 hours of bookings.
No refunds if cancellation is due to early termination of rental agreement due to violation of House Rules.
No refunds due to early checkout on behalf of guest for any reason unless prior arrangements are made and agreed upon by host.

Loved Kelly's place. Stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and the location was PERFECT, it was easy to get everywhere. This spot was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I did see a few bugs which freaked me out lol, but that wasn't anything that would stop me from staying here again in the future. Thanks for being a great host!
